Benefits of Water Aerobics

I participate in water aerobic exercises, three times a week. I am 77 years old. This activity helps keep me agile and helps control my weight. It, also, is great for socializing. 

Water aerobics is an example of low impact exercise. Low impact exercise reduces trauma to joints, while still getting regular exercise.
